REARING WINES


CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The variety of grape that produces wines which are characterised by their intense cherry red colour and ripe fruity nose. The taste is expansive and well-rounded, with an excellent finish. It is kept in barrels made from French oak for six months before being bottled, where it is rested for a few months to complete the aging process.
Ideal for accompanying red meats, game or matured cheese.
Best served at between 16 and 18 degrees.


BLANC DE BLANCS

Made from a blend of the Chardonnay (50%), Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada varieties, producing fruity, light and fresh wines.
A clean colour, with greenish edges that give the wines a harmonious taste. Ideal for accompanying any kind of fish, shellfish, salads or fresh cheeses.
Best served at between 6 and 8 degrees.


ROSAT

The red grape varieties Tempranillo, Garnacha and Merlot, after a light maceration and fermentation at low temperatures, produce a wine with a characteristic fruitiness which perfectly balances acidity and freshness.
Ideal for accompanying any typical Mediterranean dish.
Best served at between 6 and 8 degrees.


MERLOT

A variety of red grape that produces rich meaty wines in sensuous and harmonious blends. It has a smooth and velvety taste.
Ideal for accompanying grilled, stewed or cooked meats.
Best served at between 16 and 18 degrees.


TEMPRANILLO

A variety of red grape that produces fruity wines with a ruby red colour. It has a balanced, smooth and silky taste.
Ideal for accompanying meat, rice dishes, pasta and cheese.
Best served at between 16 and 18 degrees.
