CABERNET SAUVIGNON The variety of grape that produces wines which are
characterised by their intense cherry red colour and ripe fruity nose.
The taste is expansive and well-rounded, with an excellent finish.
It is kept in barrels made from French oak for six months before being
bottled, where it is rested for a few months to complete the aging
process. Made from a blend of the Chardonnay (50%), Macabeo,
Xarel·lo and Parellada varieties, producing fruity, light and
fresh wines. The red grape varieties Tempranillo, Garnacha and
Merlot, after a light maceration and fermentation at low temperatures,
produce a wine with a characteristic fruitiness which perfectly balances
acidity and freshness. A variety of red grape that produces rich meaty wines
in sensuous and harmonious blends. It has a smooth and velvety taste. A variety of red grape that produces fruity wines
